The program

STEP 1 /

You arrive at Akureyri airport in the evening, and are taken by private transfer to your hotel. After settling in, there's a welcome talk with your Guide for the trip. Your briefing covers the whole tour, followed by the group taking dinner together

STEP 2 /

Your holiday begins with ski touring on the mountains around Siglufjordur. According to weather and snow conditions, you'll have the choice between mountain fjords with ocean views, or the Northern glacier with it's stunning scenery. The choice of routes are many and exciting.

Aside of ski touring, your programme includes delights such as taking hot baths and natural swimming pools, sampling the local cuisine, and appreciating the unusual Icelandic culture. Other optional activities include whale watching, bird watching, river fishing, and visiting local farms. There will not be a dull or boring moment on the trip!

STEP 3 /

In the late afternoon of the last day we'll take you back to Akureyri airport. Here you'll have a 45min flight to the capital, Reykjavík, to stay overnight and spend your last day. Take advantage of a leisurely stroll through the streets, enjoy eating a last local lunch. Finally we transfer you back to Keflavik airport for your return flight home.
