This tumultuous river, known to canoeists all over the world, combines all the assets of an ideal white water area. This formula offers you a sporty descent on the Aime rapids, while discovering wild sites such as the La Pucelle Gorges. Each person will live the passion of white water to the fullest.
This activity is open to anyone over 12 years old. During 2022 Summer we propose this activity every Tuesday and Thursday.

The program
STEP 1 /
9:00 am or 2:00 pm - Welcome at the white water base of Bourg St Maurice, by your river guide. He will introduce you to the equipment and explain the basic rafting techniques and safety rules.STEP 2 /
10:00 am or 2:30 pm - Everyone is equipped. The whole crew transports the boat for the launch and the departure is given for 2h30 of non-stop descent. The first part of the descent between Bourg and Bellentre is calm, then the second part becomes more sportive. You will cross beautiful landscapes and will even be able to jump from a bridge into the water for the most courageous.
