Do you want to discover climbing or are you already a climber, used to cliffs and walls or not?
Take advantage of a course that is open to all. We invite you to come and discover with us the practice of climbing and the pleasure of climbing on routes of different lengths. You will also have the chance to learn the techniques and gestures of belaying and safety.

STEP 1 /
The evening before - Arrival at your 3* hotel at Ste Foy.STEP 2 /
Day 1 - Departure around 9.00 a.m. for the Crot cliff, climbing on the paths of this beautiful training cliff to get to know the techniques, get used to the equipment and abseiling.STEP 3 /
Day 2 - Departure around 8.30 a.m. for the Séloge cliff where you will discover “multi pitch” climbing with 6 pitches. Work on grip and control of ideal balance to discover mountain climbing in a magnificent setting that is easy to access.STEP 4 /
Day 3 - Departure at 7.30 a.m. for the Ruitor Valley and towards “Les Oeillasses” a low peak at an altitude of 2700m that is reached by 6 roped pitches in a mountain atmosphere with wonderful views over the Vanoise and Mont Blanc Massif summits. In the end, an amazing panorama is all yours Departure by the end of day.
