8h00 - Meet up on site at Val d'Isère or Tignes with guide team to check equipment, and then let's drive to the canyon site in Bonneval sur Arc over the amazing iseran pass (transfer on your own)STEP 2 /
10h00 -Everybody puts their wetsuit on and listens to the technical advice given by the guide. Let's go to 2h30 of gliding down the river and lots of fun !STEP 3 /
