Here is the latest for a memorable run down the Isere: white-water swimming. Equipped with flippers and a float known as a hydrospeed, you will discover all the finer points of white-water thrills. The River Isere offers you a broad panel of sensations thanks to the variety of its flow: a calmer part for discovering white-water swimming or for relaxing, strong and not-so-strong rapids for a bit of action, authentic recesses for enjoying the landscape or even small secretive spots for having even more fun...A whole programme along the water for complete enjoyment while surfing down the river!

This programme’s “must”:

Being in direct contact with the water and learning to surf on the waves

Two trips to choose from:

*Discovery Trip (without option): 10 km run, from Bourg St Maurice to Gothard, with 1hr30 of sheer pleasure
*Expert Trip (option 1):13 km run, from Bourg St Maurice to Aime, with 2hrs of guaranteed thrills and the crossing of the mythical Aime Rapids.

Program

- Meet up at the white-water centre, either early morning or early afternoon depending on the option chosen
- Equipment and technical advice from the river guide
- Into the water with flippers and hydrospeed
- After almost 2hrs of swimming and lots of fun, back to the centre via the shuttle service

- Loan of technical equipment : boat, life jacket, wet suit, helmet…
